About Us

Introduction

Due to the rapid industrialization that our country is witnessing, the demand for skilled work force is increasing day by day. With 65% of population below 35 years of age, we are on way to become industrial superpower provided we tap this demographic dividend properly. The need of the hour is to appropriately train our work force equipping them with skills of the highest quality. We at Industrial Training Institute Bhaderwah are trying our best to make a contribution to this cherished cause.

This institute was established in the year 1981 on rented building presently it has own building which is spread nearly sixteen (16) kanals situated link road bhaderwah.
To meet the requirement skilled manpower for the Industrial/Engineering sector besides providing opportunities for the large scale self-employment to the youth. The awareness, dedication, effective training is the main tools for achieving the aim.

Vision

To train the youth into the skilled workers and to help for their employment and self-employment to open their own ventures. Our trainees are over feature. We want over young trainees to have best learning experience to progress in the choosing carriers, become highly employable and prove asset for the society.

Strenthening Of Placement Cell

The institute is entrusted the responsibility of imparting training in various engineering and non-engineering trades to meet the requirement of the skilled manpower for the industries. The institute has discharging this responsibility by imparting training in various trades skills. To face the challenges of rapidly advancing technology and to help industry in location suitable technical manpower. This will be done by getting the manpower demand from industry and trainees are called to appear in interview/test directly with industrialists and some pass out trainees from this institute of different engineering and non-engineering trades get their jobs in private sector, government department some have established their own units. Approximate 220 pass out trainees of different engineering and non-engineering trades have get their placement from the session 2014 onwards.
